Welcome to Squad Photography! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our photography services ("Services"). By booking and using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

  2. Booking and Payment

2.1   Booking Process
- To book a session, contact us via phone, email, or our website.
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total fee is required to secure your booking.

2.2   Payment Terms
- The remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot before the session begins.
- We accept payment via cash, credit/debit card, or electronic transfer.

  3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

3.1   Cancellations
- If you cancel more than 48 hours before your scheduled session, you may reschedule once without a fee.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session will forfeit the deposit.

3.2   Rescheduling
- You may reschedule your session once without additional charges if notice is given more than 48 hours in advance.
- Rescheduling within 48 hours will incur a rescheduling fee of 20% of the total session fee.

  4. Session Policies

4.1   Session Duration
- The duration of the session is based on the package selected. Any additional time requested will be billed at an hourly rate.

4.2   Punctuality
- Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shorter session duration or rescheduling fees.

4.3   Conduct
- All participants must conduct themselves in a respectful and cooperative manner. We reserve the right to terminate the session without refund if inappropriate behavior occurs.

  5. Image Rights and Usage

5.1   Client Usage
- You will receive digital copies of edited photos as per your package. These images are for personal use only and cannot be used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

5.2   Photographer Usage
- Squad Photography retains the copyright to all images. We reserve the right to use images for promotional purposes, including social media, website galleries, and advertising, unless you request otherwise in writing prior to the session.

  6. Image Delivery and Editing

6.1   Delivery Time
- Edited images will be delivered within 7-10 business days. Express delivery is available for an additional fee.

6.2   Editing Requests*
- Basic editing is included in all packages. Any additional retouching or special effects requested may incur additional charges.

  7. Liability and Indemnification

7.1   Liability
- We will take all reasonable steps to ensure the safety of all participants and the protection of your property. However, we are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that occur during the session.

7.2   Indemnification
- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Squad Photography and its employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our Services.

8.1   Governing Law
